Terms of Use
By downloading, installing, or using ReFilm, you agree to these Terms and Apple's Standard End User License Agreement applicable to apps obtained through the Apple App Store. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
1. Service and License
ReFilm provides film simulation, photo editing, custom film rolls, batch processing, export, and related features. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal use. Features may vary by device, system version, region, or app version.
2. Your Content
You retain your lawful rights in content you import and create. You must have the right to process, edit, and export that content. Do not use ReFilm to infringe copyright, publicity, privacy, or other rights.
3. Purchases and Subscriptions
Apple processes in-app purchases and subscriptions. Pricing, billing, renewal, cancellation, and refunds are governed by the App Store terms displayed at purchase and Apple's policies. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID settings.
4. Acceptable Use
You may not make unauthorized copies, rent, sell, sublicense, reverse engineer, or bypass technical protections in the app; interfere with security; distribute unlawful content; or use the app in a manner that harms the developer, other users, or third parties.
5. Intellectual Property
ReFilm's software, algorithms, interactions, interface, text, graphics, marks, and related content belong to their lawful owners and are protected by applicable intellectual-property law. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.
6. Updates and Availability
We may update, change, suspend, or discontinue features to improve the experience, maintain security, or meet legal requirements. We work to keep the service reliable but do not promise that it will always be error-free or uninterrupted.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ReFilm is provided “as is” and “as available.” Back up important photos before editing. Liability for interruptions, device failures, or indirect loss outside our reasonable control is limited to the extent permitted by applicable law.
8. Applicable Terms and Contact
These Terms apply together with Apple's Standard EULA. Mandatory law and applicable Apple terms control in case of conflict. Questions may be sent to developer Zhanghan Ke through the ReFilm App Store listing.
Before publication, the developer should complete a legal review for the actual distribution regions, paid features, and business arrangements.
